Advanced Photonix's silicon quadrant position sensitive detectors (PSD) consist of four active areas formed in a quadrant array on a single common cathode substrate. They feature low crosstalk between adjacent elements and high uniformity in response. They are ideal for nulling, centering, or measuring small positional changes in a hermetic TO metal package.
