Acconeer’s XM126 IoT low-power connected radar module in a circular form factor has a diameter of 33 mm. Depending on the sensor configuration, it has a battery lifetime expectancy of up to 10 years. The XM126 has a Nordic nRF52840 SoC, and an A121 pulsed coherent radar (PCR) sensor. The support includes BLE (1M, 2M).

The XM126 is delivered with a bootloader, enabling the customer to download Acconeer RSS software. It includes a software development kit (SDK) for stand-alone usage where customers can embed their own application on top of Acconeer RSS software. Acconeer RSS software provides API to set the A121 sensor configuration and retrieve radar service and detector data. The module supports a wide single-supply operating voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V. The XM126 can be used with the XB122 breakout board to get the XM126 up and running quickly.
