Image of ABLIC S-19682 Series High-Side Switch with Current Monitor With the increasing multifunctionality of automotive cameras, antennas, and sensors, ABLIC's S-19682 series (with its capability to offer connection diagnosis of a variety of applications) is a space-saving and flexible solution.

Unlike conventional multi-channel products, the S-19682 series allows a higher degree of board design freedom to simplify board layout design. The 1-channel high-side switch with 36 V input, 600 mA output, and a current monitor function, is housed in a small package.

The S-19682 series can flexibly accommodate any number of cameras such as driver status monitors or drive recorders.

During power-off: 0.6 μA (typical), 2.0 μA (maximum) (T_J = −40°C to +125°C)

Limit current: 100 mA to 300 mA, selectable in 10 mA step
