TPP361062 Synchronous DC/DC Converter

The TPP361062 from 3PEAK is a high-performance synchronous DC/DC converter designed for industrial and distributed power applications. Operating from a wide supply range of 4.5 V to 36 V, it features internal power MOSFETs with low resistance (180 mΩ and 90 mΩ) to enhance power efficiency. The device supports fixed switching frequencies of 500 kHz (TPP361062 variant), 1 MHz, and 2.2 MHz and provides a highly accurate 0.6 V reference voltage.
