3M™ thermally conductive acrylic interface pads are engineered to provide high levels of conductivity that make them appropriate for a wide range of uses that help speed device assembly and extend component life. Conformable for easy handling, these pads can be die cut to fit most applications. All are UL listed and offer excellent dielectric strength.
