3M’s Polyester Film Electrical Tape 5 is a general purpose electrical tape with a polyester film backing. This single-coated tape is designed for insulating applications requiring high dielectric strength. This tape is 600 V rated and withstands a temperature range of +32°F to +266°F (0°C to +130°C).
3M Tape 5 has an acrylic adhesive that offers optimized adherence. This transparent tape resists oil, chemicals, solvents, moisture, abrasion, and cut through. This electrical tape is UL listed, CSA certified, and RoHS 2011/65/EU compliant.
