ISOLOSS™ LS Foams are microcellular open-cell polyurethane foams with a low compression set to maintain the component's original fit, form, and function throughout the product's lifecycle. The highly shock absorbent, and flame and chemical resistant foams provide strength and longevity in extreme environments with a wide temperature range. These soft and spring-like foams are available in multiple densities, stiffnesses, and thicknesses to fill various gap sizes and conform to designs.

Soft and Supportive Foam

ISOLOSS™ LS Polyurethane Foams softness allows the foam to conform to the design and cushion the parts. ISOLOSS™ LS Foam is available in 10, 15, 20, and 25 lb/ft3 densities to provide varying levels of support. The spring-like foam rebounds quickly – the fast recovery helps reset mechanisms to their original state, even on uneven surfaces.

Fills Gaps to Help Protect Equipment

ISOLOSS™ LS Polyurethane Foam is available in eight thicknesses from 1/32" to 1/2" to help fill a variety of gap sizes. In addition to gap filling, the soft foam conforms to the design to cushion parts and reduce noise and vibrations. Gap filling helps protect components from wear and tear and keeps parts in place to maintain performance.
