Webinar - Which Wide Bandgap Technology is Best Suited for Your High Efficiency Application?

Wide bandgap (WBG) semiconductors are vital in today's trending technologies, including electric vehicles, green energy, and more. At this point, you’ve likely heard about Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) transistors, but what advantages do they have over traditional silicon-based power transistors? What are the differences between GaN and SiC? These are just a few questions that will be answered during the webinar with John Keller and Steven Stein from STMicroelectronics.

The webinar will be held on June 7th, 2023, at 11 AM CDT, but don’t worry if you can't attend. Register anyways and receive a recording of the webinar after it is complete.
