NECTO Studio 2.0 – Free for Non-Commercial Use

NECTO Studio is a cross-platform integrated developing environment (IDE) that includes smart editing support and ideal rapid development of embedded applications. It includes a C Compiler, mikroSDK 2.0, and a USB and WiFi Debugger with Planet Debug live camera streaming.

Now it’s FREE for non-commercial use (Commercial users pay a monthly subscription fee).

With NECTO Studio, programmers can write code for a wide variety of processors. It also includes support for MikroElektronika hardware. The WiFi debugger can be used via Code Grip, and remote code testing is available via MikroE HQ on Planet Debug.

Some of the key improvements included in NECTO 2.0 are:

  • Native support for CMake
  • Build system support for mikroSDK with CMake
  • NECTO hardware setups redesign concept
  • Updates in the Editor, Designer, and CodeModel
