BBC micro:bit Evaluation Board

Imagine you’re brand-new to the programming world. You want to get involved, but not get into something that’s over your head with programming and hardware. And maybe you want to do it all for a low cost. Here’s where the micro:bit (DigiKey # 1778-1040-ND) comes in as a perfect option. This development board comes prepopulated with hardware and sensors and utilizes a very user-friendly development platform. This is an excellent solution for school curriculums. I put together a list of part numbers, tips, and tricks in our eeWiki micro:bit page. And if you have questions, feel free to reach out to me in our dedicated TechForum micro:bit page.
